A note about Pinot Noir:

This wine is complex yet should not be overpowered by any one flavor. Sweetness in many Pinot Noirs is simply the fruit qualities shining through while the wines are allowed to ferment to "dry". Allowing the wines to "breathe" or to decant them before serving brings out even more special flavors. Pinot Noir is one of the best wines for pairing with meals. All of our wines are made with the hightest of standards and we are proud to offer great diversity for you to choose from.
